Reintroducing Ellos to the U.S. Market

Ellos is a Swedish brand known for its simply chic, elevated style, but over time, its Scandinavian heritage had faded from the customer narrative. Through  this campaign I brought the brand back to its roots, refreshing its identity and reminding customers what makes Ellos distinctive. Below is the special-edition catalog introduction that launched the new look and feel, along with the supporting email messaging that carried the campaign across channels.

RESULTS

Reconnecting the Ellos brand to its Swedish roots strengthened its message of effortless style and comfort. The catalog saw a 15% lift in sales, while the email campaigns supporting this evolved, centered voice delivered a 13% QoQ increase in open rates and a 3% increase in conversion.
